By completing the MaS application form, each cardholder accepts and authorises Sol Meli\u00e1 to use and process the personal data provided and generated by the use of the MaS Card, for the purposes of the MaS Programme, as well as for the purpose of offering personalised products and services and improving the commercial relationship with our customers. You also consent to your data being passed on to companies in the Group and those associated with the MaS loyalty programme, in the tourism, leisure, restaurant, hotel, travel agency, aviation, car rental and property rental sectors, both inside and outside Spain, with the aim of providing you with the best service as a customer and sending you this information about our products and services, as well as those of our assignee companies and third parties, in paper and electronic form, related to the tourism, hotel, restaurant, leisure, entertainment, recreation and property rental sectors.<\/p>

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15\/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), a personal data file has been created in which the data necessary for the operation of the programme is collected.
