Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?

Smoking is only allowed in balconies or terraces (smoking areas).

Does the hotel have its own parking?

Yes. The hotel has free parking for guests (not supervised).

Can I leave my luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, our hotel have a room for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Do rates include pool access?

No, water circuit, which includes indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath, sauna and gym, has an additional cost of 10,00€.

What is the SPA and pool schedule?

Spa and health club schedule is from 07:00 until 22:00, in working days, and from 08:00 until 22:00, in holidays and weekends.

Is the parking paid? What is the value?

Yes, parking has an additional cost of 6€.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Does the hotel have meeting rooms?

The hotel provides 10 meeting rooms wiith 890 m2 total area, soundproof, acclimited and natural light with a total capacity up to 780 people equipped with a modern audiovisual equipment.

Does the hotel have wedding services?

Yes, hotel does have wedding services. Please contact the reception to know more.

Is there any lift?

There are two lifts for clients.

Are there any chargers for electric cars?

Yes, chargers for universal eletrical cars and Tesla’s are available.

Is there any Wi-fi service in the hotel (including rooms)?

Yes. Broadband connection (wi-fi system).

Does the hotel have lobby and public spaces?

Yes, the hotel has public areas and lobbies in the ground floor.

Does the hotel have laundry and ironing service?

Yes, the hotel has laundry and ironing service upon request.

Which activities can be booked in the reception?

In the reception it is possible to book: Tuk tuk tour + moliceiro and, also, only moliceiro (Aveiro’s traditional boats). For more information please ask the reception.

Is it possible to a pre check-in?

Yes. After making the reservation, all customers who have provided email contact, will receive instructions by email of how to proceed to do a pre-check-in, within less than 7 days. If you do not, 3 days before check-in, we suggest again by email to do the pre-check-in. In this way it is possible for you to fill in the details of all guests and speed up your reception at our hotel.

Is the shuttle service between the airport and hotel available?

Yes, the shuttle service is available through request and availability.

How can I go to the beach?

It is possible to go to the beach by private vehicle and bus.

How can I go to the city centre?

It is possible to go to the city centre by  foot, it is about 10/15 minutes walk away.

What is the main rate to the airport and hotel?

It depends on the service, but by taxi is more or less than 50€.

Rates are presented per room.

What are the payment methods for reservation made through our website?

The payment methods are: Credit card or direct payment at the hotel.

By what age children do noy pay?

Children do not pay until the age of 3 (including).

Is the city tax charged?

No, the city tax is not charged.

Is a credit card needed to make a reservation?

A credit card is needed when the arrival is after 18h or if the chosen rate is non- refundable.

What are the available payment methods?

Prepaid available methods in reservations made directly with the hotel: bank transfer, link redunicre and debit authorization in credit card.Over-the- counter payments: ATM payment, cash and cheque.

Can I pay with my company’s credit card?

Yes, it is possible to pay with a company’s credit card.

Is it possible to request a bill in my company’s name?

Yes, it is possible to request a bill in a company’s name.

What is the check-in schedule?

Check-in begins at 14h. For early check-in, guests should contact the hotel to consult availability. Additional costs might be added.

What is the check-out schedule?

The check-out is made until 12h. For late check-out, guests should contact the hotel to consult availability. Additional costs might be added. In case it is part of a campaign, late check-out conditions are not ruled by this procedure.

Late check-in. Is it possible to do check-in until what time?

Late check-in until 12h of the next day of your reservation.

Is the reception open 24h?

Yes, the reception is open 24h.

Which languages are spoken in the reception?

In the reception we speak portuguese, english, spanish and french.

How to reserve a cradle?

Please mention it in the comment area while booking directly on the website. When you book directly with the hotel just indicate what you will need.

How should I guarantee a room with a single bed or a double bed?

Please mention on the reservation comments when you make the reservation through website. When the reservation is done directly with the hotel, please indicate what will you need. Double bed/Ria view isn’t guaranteed. However, if you desire, your preferences on the reservation (in case of availability) will be put on consideration.

How to guarantee a room in a higher floor?

Please mention on the comments area while making the reservation in the website. When the reservation is made directly with the hotel please mention your preference. A higher floor is not guaranteed. However, if you desire, your preferences on the reservation (in case of availability) will be put on consideration.

What is the breakfast’s schedule?

The breakfast’s schedule is from 07:00 until 10:00, in working days. Holidays and weekends the schedule is from 07:00 until 10:30.

What is the restaurant’s schedule?

Lunch: 12:30- 15:00 (working days); 13:00 – 15:30 (holidays and weekends).

Dinner: 19:30 – 23:00 (everyday).

Does breakfast have gluten-free products?

Yes, breakfast does have gluten-free products. However, please mention it while booking.

What are the available menús and what are the different types of cuisine?

Mediterranean cuisine. There are three types of menú: buffet, chef’s suggestion and à la Carte.

Does the hotel have room service? What is the schedule?

Yes, the hotel does have room service available from 07:00 until 23:00, through payment rate.

Is it possible to include romantic decoration in the room? What is the cost?

The hotel has accomodation programs which contemplate standard romantic decoration and superior. Requests as extra – standard decoration (petals, bathrobes and slippers) per 20 euros and superior decoration (petals, bathrobes, slippers, VIP sparkling and ovos moles) per 40 euros.

No, rooms do not have balcony.

The different types of rooms are: Suite júnior, premium and standard.
