What are the payment methods for reservation made through our website?
The payment methods are: Credit card or direct payment at the hotel.

Children do not pay until the age of 3 (including).

No, the city tax is not charged.
Is a credit card needed to make a reservation on hotel website?
To book a stay on the website, a credit card is always required to guarantee the reservation. If the rate is prepaid, the amount is immediately charged to your credit card. If you choose to pay directly at the hotel, the credit card will only serve as a guarantee of the reservation and the payment will only be made at the hotel and you can choose to pay by credit card, debit or cash.
What are the available payment methods?
Prepaid available methods in reservations made directly with the hotel: bank transfer, link redunicre and debit authorization in credit card.Over-the- counter payments: ATM payment, cash and cheque.
Can I pay with my company’s credit card?
Yes, it is possible to pay with a company’s credit card.
Is it possible to request a bill in my company’s name?
Yes, it is possible to request a bill in a company’s name.
What is included in the price of the booking?
It depends on the regime you have booked. It can be a rate that includes accommodation and breakfast, or a Half Board rate, which includes dinner, or a Full Board rate which, in addition to accommodation, includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Do I have to pay tax on the prices shown?
No. The prices shown already include the appropriate taxes.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, all our rates include breakfast.
If I book by credit card, when is the amount withdrawn?
It depends on the rate booked. If it is a non-cancellable rate, the amount is withdrawn at the time the booking is completed. If it is a flexible rate, the amount will only be charged at check-in.
Can I pay at the hotel with a different card than the one I booked with?
Yes, if you have booked a rate that allows payment at the hotel.
Can I benefit from an online rate by booking directly with the reservations department?
Yes, just indicate which rate it is and where you found it.
